1. What company name will show on my credit card statements?

Answer: Your credit card will be discreetly billed by "RTW holdings, LLC".


2. How can I change my password or other account information?

Answer: Please click on the "forgot password" link and input your username. Your password will be sent to the email we have on file. If you have forgotten your username, please email us at help@roundthewaygirlz.com. please include the email address used for account signup and we will send you your username.


3. How do I cancel my registratioN?

Answer: Please send us an email at help@roundthewaygirlz.com inquiring your request to cancel your subscription. Cancellations will take effect 24 to 48 hours after submission.

4. How do I know that my sensitive registration information is protected?

Answer: Our customers’ confidentiality is important to us. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

6. How do I add money to my account?

Answer: You can only pay by credit card to put money into your account. Please follow the directions to register with us and fill in the required information.

7. Does mt account stay active if i do not use it for a while?

Answer: Your account will continue to stay active until you send us an email to request otherwise.
